“This is not just a seminar. It is a process. Imagine a week by the sea, full of movement, energy, and creation.”

Relaxed gatherings for adults, where we create, explore, and connect over a glass of wine (or any drink of your choice).
These evenings are designed as a break from everyday life, encouraging creativity and strengthening the local community through art and social connection.
Each event offers a new creative experience, an open space, and good company. A space where everyone is welcome, because we believe creativity brings people together.
Everyone has their own art — we simply help awaken it.
SUMMER PROGRAM FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN, 3–6 YEARS
During the summer months, we are offering a movement and creative program for preschool children (3–6 years), where through play, dance, and exploration we encourage natural movement, imagination, and self-expression.
The workshops are based on a holistic approach, where children discover their bodies through movement, develop coordination, a sense of rhythm, and creativity. Special emphasis is placed on social development, cooperation, and free expression in a safe and supportive environment.

Move in Dance Institute
The Move in Dance Institute was established with the purpose of creating work in the fields of culture and performing arts, as well as connecting with related disciplines such as alternative healing, natural care, naturopathy, and self-help.
The institute aims to bring people together, to make culture and art more accessible to the public, and to educate and support young creators both in Slovenia and internationally.
Together, we create and explore our bodies, discovering our limits and achievements. The institute enables younger generations to get to know themselves and their emotions through movement and creative expression.

Ingrid Gregorič
“When I dance, my thoughts drift away and my inner voice draws me into a space where I begin to dream and create through movement. When I teach, I surrender and allow myself to be guided by the energy that fills the studio, where together with the participants we create a safe space for a creative dance experience.”
I am Ingrid, an ambitious and creative mother of three, a dance teacher, and a future naturopath. I am also a researcher of natural movement and a holistic way of living. I have been dancing and creating since early childhood. My dance journey led me from high school to Ljubljana, and later to the Netherlands, where I successfully completed my studies at Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam. In 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Dance and obtained the title of professional dancer.

Before learning the first dance steps, a child must discover the world of dance, movement, the spaces around them, and rhythm.
The child must discover what they are capable of, where their limits lie, and where their strengths are. When the body is given over to exploring space and musical rhythm, we create numerous smaller sequences of movement that can be called choreographies.
Through play, we discover new, more complex, and interesting steps. We travel between the worlds of reality and imagination. In this way, we do not only learn dance steps, but also small steps of meditation (visualisation), different ways of breathing, exercises for courage and determination, and relaxation exercises.
DANCE AND MOVEMENT BETWEEN EMOTIONS AND BODY AWARENESS
Dance and Movement Pathways with Ingrid Gregorič offer a new vision of dance, where free exploration of emotions and sensations through music allows children to create their own dance. Ingrid observes and guides the children. She transforms their newly discovered movements into classical and contemporary dance steps. Creative movement.
DANCE– MOVEMENT– CREATIVE EXPRESSION
3/5 YEARS AND 6/8 YEARS OLD
Children are a treasure trove of ideas, creativity, and endless potential.
Through their own creativity, we discover and support their development. By using creative expression, sensory approaches, music, and play, we strengthen self-confidence, extend attention span, balance the mind, and allow children’s inner potential to express itself through fine motor skills, singing, and movement.
We allow our senses to become part of us, letting our talents come to the surface. In a pleasant and supportive atmosphere, we break down boundaries and personal limitations.
